There are many benefits to exercising, which is why there has been increased interest in getting and keeping fit in recent years, with an upward trend continuing. Fitness instructors are therefore inherently valuable, and it’s important for them to have extensive knowledge of a variety of methods and techniques, including training for sport.
This course is designed to help educate fitness instructors and trainers on the methods they can use to help clients train for a sport — including how best to prepare for taking up or focusing on a particular sport, and nutritional strategies that can benefit athletic performance and overall health.
