Paying for your course
You can pay by debit or credit card at checkout. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe and Skills Pad never sees or stores your card details.
An interest-free payment plan is available through Klarna, so you can spread the cost of a course rather than paying it all at once. Klarna carries out its own checks and its own terms apply. You will see the option at checkout.
If you are booking several people onto a course, or you are an employer arranging training for your team, contact us for a group quotation before you book.
Funded and part-funded training
Skills Pad delivers a range of funded and part-funded programmes alongside our commercial courses, including work with Luton Adult Learning. Eligibility depends on the specific programme, your circumstances and where you live, and funding is not available for every course. See our funded training information or call 01582 958844 and we will check honestly whether anything applies to you. We will not tell you a course is funded when it is not.
Cancellations, transfers and refunds
If you need to move to a different date, tell us as early as you can and we will do our best to transfer your place. Our full cancellation and refund position is set out in our terms and conditions. If anything is unclear before you book, call us and ask — we would rather explain it up front.
Why our prices are what they are
The fee covers real classroom time with a qualified tutor, the Highfield registration and examination costs for every unit, the practical assessment and your certificate. Courses priced well below this usually do not include the examinations or the certificate, so it is always worth checking exactly what a quoted price covers before you book anywhere.

Skills Pad is a training provider. We are not the Security Industry Authority. Passing a licence-linked qualification is a requirement for the matching SIA licence, but the SIA decides every application itself after its own identity and criminal record checks.
