Skills Pad reviews are published on Google, not copied onto this website. Google reviews are written by verified accounts, carry a date, and cannot be edited or removed by us — so you see what learners actually said, not what we would like them to have said.
Leaving a review after your course
If you have trained with us, a short review helps the next person decide. Search for Skills Pad, 33 Park Street West, Luton on Google Maps or in Google Search, then choose “Write a review”. Please be honest, including about anything we could do better. We read every review, and we respond to the critical ones.
What we’d rather you judged us on
Star ratings are useful, but they are not the whole picture when you are choosing a security training provider. These are the things you can check for yourself before you book.
Approved centre status
Our SIA qualifications are Highfield Qualifications regulated qualifications. You can verify any awarding organisation on the Ofqual register.
A real training centre
Courses are taught in person at 33 Park Street West, Luton, LU1 3BE — not a hired room that changes every month. You are welcome to visit before you book.

Every fee, and everything that is not included, is set out on our SIA course prices page. No surprises at the door.

Our SIA course dates are listed in advance, with training running 9.30am to 4pm on each training day.

If something goes wrong, you can see exactly what happens next in our complaints procedure.

Want to hear from someone who has completed your course? Call 01582 958844 and we will ask recent learners who have agreed to be contacted. We never share details without permission.
Why there are no star ratings in our search results
Some training websites add review markup to their pages so that stars appear in Google search results. We do not, because we will only publish rating data that can be independently verified against its source. If you see star ratings for a training provider, it is worth checking that the reviews behind them exist and can be read in full.
