Every person experiences grief and bereavement at some point in their lives, and grief affects people differently. While some are able to process loss in a healthy way and move on with their lives, others remain trapped in the grief cycle, unable to make a healthy transition to their new reality. Grief counselling can help uncover unresolved emotions and process complicated feelings.
All you need to complete this course is a willing and open mind. It includes detailed written content and an easy-to-understand video script.
