The Door Supervisor course is for learners who want to apply for an SIA Door Supervisor licence. It is commonly required for door supervision, event security, licensed premises, retail security and other public-facing security roles. It covers working in the private security industry, conflict management, physical intervention, searching, incident reporting, customer service, safety awareness and professional conduct.

SIA CCTV Operator Course

The CCTV Operator course is for learners who want to apply for an SIA Public Space Surveillance (CCTV) licence. It suits control room, monitoring centre and public space surveillance roles, and covers CCTV operations, surveillance techniques, control room procedures, legal responsibilities, communication, incident handling, evidence management and professional standards.

SIA Door Supervisor Refresher Course

The Door Supervisor Refresher is for existing licence holders completing refresher training as part of SIA licence renewal. It updates knowledge and practical skills across physical intervention, terror threat awareness, vulnerability awareness, conflict management and professional responsibilities.

Emergency First Aid at Work

Emergency First Aid at Work is not sold as a standalone course. It is added as an option against your main SIA course during booking, for learners who do not already hold a valid first aid qualification.

What happens after payment

Once payment has been received, Skills Pad will confirm your booking and send your joining instructions. These include your confirmed course details, venue information, timetable, documents required, ID requirements and any pre-course information you need before attending.

Please make sure the name, phone number and email address used at checkout match the learner attending the course. If you are booking for someone else, enter the learner’s details or contact Skills Pad before completing payment.
