SIA Training Booking

Use this page to complete your confirmed SIA course booking with Skills Pad. It is for learners who have already discussed their course option, venue, date, start time and price with a member of our team.

Skills Pad delivers Highfield-approved SIA training at 33 Park Street West, Luton, LU1 3BE. Training runs from 9.30am to 4pm on each training day.

Courses you can book on this page

• SIA Door Supervisor Course – for learners applying for an SIA Door Supervisor licence, commonly required for door supervision, event security, licensed premises and retail security roles. It covers working in the private security industry, conflict management, physical intervention, searching, incident reporting, customer service, safety awareness and professional conduct.
• SIA CCTV Operator Course – for learners applying for an SIA Public Space Surveillance (CCTV) licence, suited to control room and monitoring centre roles. It covers CCTV operations, surveillance techniques, control room procedures, legal responsibilities, communication, incident handling, evidence management and professional standards.
• SIA Door Supervisor Refresher Course – for existing licence holders completing refresher training as part of SIA licence renewal, updating knowledge and practical skills across physical intervention, terror threat awareness, vulnerability awareness, conflict management and professional responsibilities.
• Emergency First Aid at Work – not sold as a standalone course; it is added as an option against your main SIA course during booking, for learners who do not already hold a valid first aid qualification.

What happens after payment

Once payment has been received, Skills Pad confirms your booking and sends your joining instructions, including your confirmed course details, venue information, timetable, documents required, ID requirements and any pre-course information you need before attending.

Please make sure the name, phone number and email address used at checkout match the learner attending the course. If you are booking for someone else, enter the learner’s details or contact Skills Pad before completing payment.

Important booking information

Use this page only once your course details have been confirmed by Skills Pad. By completing payment you confirm that you understand which course you are booking, the agreed course fee, and the confirmed date, time and venue, and that your place is secured once payment is received.
