Skills Pad learner reviews are published on Google. We have chosen to keep them there rather than copy selected quotes onto this website, because reviews on Google are written by verified accounts, carry a date, and cannot be edited or removed by us. You are seeing what learners actually said, not what we would like them to have said.

At the time this page was last checked, the Skills Pad Google Business Profile showed an average rating of 5.0 from 124 Google reviews. Google updates that figure automatically, so please treat the profile itself as the accurate, current source.

Leaving a review after your course

If you have trained with us, a short review helps the next person decide. Search for Skills Pad, 33 Park Street West, Luton on Google Maps or in Google Search, then choose “Write a review”. Please be honest, including about anything we could do better. We read every review and we respond to the critical ones.

What we would rather you judged us on

Star ratings are useful, but they are not the whole picture when you are choosing a security training provider. These are the things you can check for yourself before you book.

Approved centre status. Our SIA qualifications are Highfield Qualifications regulated qualifications. You can verify an awarding organisation on the Ofqual register.
A real training centre. Our courses are taught in person at 33 Park Street West, Luton, LU1 3BE, not in a hired room that changes every month. You are welcome to visit before you book.
Published prices. Every fee, and everything that is not included, is set out on our SIA course prices page.
Published dates. Our SIA course dates are listed in advance, with training running 9.30am to 4pm on each training day.
A written complaints route. If something goes wrong you can see exactly what happens next in our complaints procedure.

Why there are no star ratings in our search results

Some training websites add review markup to their pages so that stars appear in Google search results. We do not, because we will only publish rating data that can be independently verified against its source. If you see star ratings for a training provider, it is worth checking that the reviews behind them exist and can be read in full.
