This statement applies to the website at skillspad.co.uk, which is run by Skills Pad, a trading name of Training Code Ltd.
Our aim
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. We are working towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 at level AA.
We are actively improving the site. Recent work has included correcting the heading structure so that pages follow a logical order, adding descriptive alternative text to images, making sure links and buttons describe where they go, and improving the site on small screens so that a course can be found and an enquiry sent using one hand.
How you should be able to use this website
You should be able to change colours, contrast levels and fonts using your browser or operating system settings, zoom in to at least two hundred per cent without text spilling off the screen, navigate most of the website using a keyboard alone, and read most of the content with a screen reader.
AbilityNet has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.
Known limitations
We know that some parts of this website are not yet fully accessible. The website is built on a page builder and a commerce platform, and some third-party components are not fully under our control.
Areas we are currently reviewing include colour contrast on some buttons and overlay text, focus indicators on some interactive elements, form error messages, and any embedded third-party content such as maps and payment pages.
This statement records our current position honestly rather than claiming full compliance. It will be updated as the work progresses.
